Percussion Day with O Duo
30 delegates and pupils enjoyed an inspiring workshop day in Cedars Hall with O Duo on Sunday. Taking part in a three hour workshop, the musicians created two pieces with the delegates, which were subsequently performed as part of O Duo’s concert in the evening.
O Duo‘s sparkling mix of popular classics arranged for tuned percussion, fun temporary works and vibrant drumming from across the globe has been captivating audiences for over ten years. The duo give recitals around the world, performing both chamber music and concertos in top concert halls, playing in Hyde Park for the Last Night of the Proms and commissioning new work to inspire young and old musicians alike.
