Sixth Form Geography Field Trip to Bristol

Lower and Upper Sixth geographers visited Bristol in stunning weather at the end of March. They took a boat tour around the historic floating harbour, learning how 30 years of regeneration has utterly transformed the area.

They also visited St Pauls in the inner city, where a huge mural commemorating HMS Windrush has been painted on the wall, as well as the business park at Aztec West and the central area of Bristol around Castle Park, the covered market and the Corn Exchange. It proved an excellent day of urban geography.
