We will contact you to confirm whether we have any availability or if you would need to go on a waiting list.
If your child will be receiving Early Years Entitlement (EYE) funding when they start, please choose an agreement 1-4, taking into account your EYE conditions as your child must attend a minimum number of sessions to receive the funding. Please see below for further details.
Please note we will advise you to review your agreement if there are any changes to your EYE entitlement. If your child will be two when they start and isn't entitled to Working Families Funding, please select option 5 and we will update your child's EYE agreement in the term leading up to them turning three or at the point that they become eligible for Working Families Funding. Please note, that to receive the funding, your child must increase their sessions to the minimum required when they are eligible.
At Little Wellies, we accept the:
All parents of 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to the Universal 15 hours EYE. Please note that we also accept the 15 hours Universal Early Years Entitlement in our Reception Class. In order to receive the Extended 15 hours for 3 year olds and the Working Families Funding for 2 year olds you will need to meet certain criteria. It is the carer’s responsibility to find out this information via the Childcare Choices website.
Please note that EYE only covers hours attended for the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage, it does not cover the cost of consumable items or additional services such as specialist music, drama, physical education, access to facilities, and snacks and meals. These are charged as an additional fee/session. Parents are able to opt out of these extras if they do not wish to receive any of the meals, snacks, consumable extras and specialist teaching or services (music, drama, dance, singing, games, fitness):
I understand that completing this form does not guarantee my child a place at Little Wellies. The hours I have requested will be confirmed in the term before my child start date. I understand that in order to claim the EYE funding at Little Wellies I must choose the minimum number of sessions specified by the agreement chosen. I understand that once these hours are confirmed I am committed to these sessions and these sessions are payable for the following term. I understand that whilst a request may be made, hours may not be changed mid-term and should I wish to terminate my contract with Little Wellies I must give one month’s notice in writing.
