Haydn 104 Day and Concert
This new event, focusing on one of the music A-level set texts was enjoyed by eight external schools as well as our very own A-Level music pupils. The day attracted a lot of interest as it boasted some exceptional guest speakers, including Stephen Johnson, presenter and critic of BBC Radio 3. The sessions included a workshop on the popularity dances of the period such as ‘the minuet’, which proved the favourite with pupils.
