The school operates a six-term year, but annual fees are invoiced in three equal amounts and are payable on or before the start of the Michaelmas (September), Epiphany (January) and Whitsun (April) terms. Parents must give one full term’s notice (i.e. prior to the end Advent for Lent, Lent for Whitsun and Whitsun for Advent) to withdraw their child from school, failing which one third of the annual fees is payable as fees in lieu of notice. Provisional notice may be given when a child is awaiting examination results or an entrance exam to another school.
Additional fees (or “Extras”) including Special Provision and General Music lessons are invoiced in arrears in August, December and March/April.
