Year 7 Team Building

Starting at a new school, or making the transition from Junior to Senior School is never easy. Wells places a significant emphasis on teams and teamwork, and the Year 7 team building activities which took place in the first few days of the new academic year were designed to start new relationships and help pupils to recognise similarities with their peers, as well as providing a fun-based way to start in the Senior School. Pupils enjoyed highly energetic and entertaining tasks, offering the opportunity to connect with others and allow them to reflect on what they are learning: all good life skills for their time at Wells.
