Oscar’s Brass Academy award
Oscar Cutler (Year 9) won ‘Best Overall Course Contribution’ at the Brass Academy course over the Easter Holidays. Oscar was presented the award by Paul Beniston, Principal Trumpet of the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
Mr Brown, Co-ordinator of Brass Studies, said; “Oscar is an enthusiastic horn player and I am delighted to see him win such an award! I look forward to seeing the skills and techniques he’s taken away from the course in action.”
