This is one of the leading competitions in the world for violinists, drawing competitors from across the globe who are selected from video recordings before being invited to perform in front of the judges. The competition comprises three rounds, and in the final Dawid performed the first movement of Mozart’s Concerto No. 5 in A Major with an orchestra.
