Music workshops in the Prep School

Year 10 pupils studying the Wells Specialist Music Certificate gave two workshops in the Prep School during which they demonstrated their instruments by playing arrangements of Disney songs they had written, and involved the pupils in body percussion and singing games. The pupils loved guessing the songs and competing with each other when singing!

The Wells Specialist Music Certificate is a bespoke programme for those of our musicians who take their GCSE Music at the end of Year 9; taking music into the community is one of the modules they study and next week the group will be sharing their music with pupils at two local primary schools.
