CCF Royal Navy Try-Dive
On Wednesday 13th March, 23 Navy cadets took part in a Try-Dive session in the School swimming pool. Two instructors from the Dive and Adventure Training team visited to deliver the dive sessions.
The Try-Dive involved learning how to use the self-contained underwater breathing apparatus (SCUBA) and manage their buoyancy under the water. It was fantastic to see all the cadets learning new skills and having fun playing some underwater games.
Thank you to the lifeguards – Olly (Lower Sixth), Peter and Olie (Upper Sixth) – for staffing the sessions.
