One night only: Romeo & Juliet in Wells Cathedral’s Lady Chapel
For one night only, and fresh off the back of our outstanding young performers’ production of Romeo & Juliet in March, emerging Senior School talent hoping to embark upon a career in the Performing Arts will dazzle with an intimate retelling of Shakespeare’s famous tale of ‘star-crossed’ lovers.
This special production, fusing original text, contemporary dance and an original score composed, orchestrated, and performed by our talented musicians, will be performed beneath the magnificent star vault of the enchanting Lady Chapel in Wells Cathedral and aims to highlight pupils’ development as they journey through their School career as well as shining a holy light on the collaborative powers of music, dance and drama.
Tickets are selling fast and are limited due to the intimacy of the venue, so book now to avoid disappointment – “for never was a story of more woe than this of Juliet and her Romeo.”
