Zino’s chess success
Before returning to School to start the Trinity Term, Zino (Year 8) took part in the Delancey UK Junior Chess Challenge, successfully qualifying for this year’s Gigafinals.
Zino, competing in the U14 category of the Megafinal in Oxford, held his own in an extremely strong field of players. With three wins and a draw, Zino achieved a score of 3.5, seeing him through to the summer’s Gigafinals.
