Dmitri Alexeev masterclass
Early June saw a return visit by Russian concert pianist Dmitri Alexeev.
One of the world’s most distinguished artists, Professor Alexeev was the winner of the Leeds International Piano Competition in 1975. He combines an international performing career with his post as Chair of Advanced Piano at the Royal College of Music in London. He played to a capacity audience in Cedars Hall and then gave an inspiring masterclass to our specialist pianists.
He is pictured with Soho (Year 5), Cameron (Year 8), Ezra (Year 9) and James (Upper Sixth).
