Belinda’s summer of song

Belinda G-G (Year 9) has been singing across the country throughout the summer. She performed in a lunchtime concert at St John’s Church in Taunton as Taunton Junior Young Singer 2024, travelled to Surrey to perform the soprano solo in Rutter’s Requiem with the Gordon Singers in Woking, then performed the child solo part in Carmina Burana at the Town Hall in Oxford with the OSJ Voices and an orchestra of talented instrumentalists aged between 12 and 18 from Oxford and its twin cities across several continents. This was followed by a National Youth Choir residential in Suffolk and the International Vocal Summer School here at Wells.
