Prep School Geography Christmas card competition

The results are in from the Prep School Geography Christmas card competition!

Mr Boot (Head of Senior School Geography) and Miss Lesley (Head of Prep School Geography) judged over 100 entries to produce a shortlist of cards chosen for their originality and the quality of the message inside.

The runners up, whose designs reflected the Christmas traditions of their chosen country, were Emmy W (Year 6), Freya L (Year 6), Alilya B (Year 5) and Louis P (Year 4). The overall winner was Lina (Year 6). Lina designed a beautiful card based on Christmas in South Africa; the modern and elegant design was very impressive but it was the thoughtful and interesting message inside which really won over the judges, awarding Lina an Amazon voucher for coming in first place.

We hope all of the winners enjoy their certificates and sweet treats. The brilliant cards will now all be sent to residents of local care homes to help spread some Christmas cheer.
