German Christmas box
Earlier this year, Mrs Alabiso established a pen pal program for her Year 8 and 9 German classes. Before breaking up for Christmas, pupils sent their pen pals a Christmas box containing handmade cards and traditional English treats. On their return to School, they were delighted to receive the boxes that had been sent to them from the German school, containing cards, gifts such as chocolate and toys, and written accounts of how the children had celebrated Christmas which the Wells cohort then wrote responses to.
