Year 8 Latin
Having learned about the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, Year 8 brought their Latin learning to life with a project to construct a model volcano to recreate the eruption of 79 AD. The class held their eruptions outside, receiving medals and merits for the top efforts, then headed back inside for a reading comprehension activity to reinforce their learning.
