Musical Extravaganza
Cedars Hall was buzzing with music for the first of this year’s three Extravaganza concerts. From the dramatic sound of bagpipes and drums opening the evening, to the sparkling performances from the Lower School Choir, Flute Ensemble, Vocal Consort, Barbershop, Symphonic Wind Band, All Comers Orchestra, and Sinfonietta, the concert offered something for everyone. Highlights included lively folk and Scottish tunes, soaring choral pieces, cinematic moments from Hymn to the Fallen, and crowd-pleasing classics like Don’t Stop Believin’.
Pupils of all ages threw themselves into every piece with energy, skill, and obvious enjoyment, making the evening feel full of life and excitement. Congratulations to everyone involved—performers and staff alike—for creating such a memorable and entertaining celebration of music. A special thank you to all the parents and families who came to support the performers in the audience.
