Physical Theatre masterclass with Frantic Assembly
Our A level and GCSE Drama pupils took part in an exciting full-day workshop with the renowned theatre company Frantic Assembly. Throughout the day, pupils deepened and refined the physical theatre skills and devising techniques they have been exploring in class for their exam pieces. It was an energetic and inspiring experience, filled with creativity, collaboration and discovery.
Drama Scholars were also fortunate to take part in a Q&A session and learn new techniques from Jacob Coleman, an actor and teacher who shared valuable insights into both performance and professional practice.
Pupils are now eagerly looking forward to watching Frantic Assembly’s latest production, Lost Atoms, at the Bristol Old Vic. It’s a wonderful moment when classroom learning, industry expertise, and live performance come together: the perfect recipe for inspiration and growth.
