Frequently Asked Questions

Where is drop off?

Drop off is in our Prep School car park (Jocelyn House, 11 The Liberty, Wells, BA5 2ST) where you will be met by a member of staff.

Can I leave my car in the Car Park?

The car park will be open and closed around the drop off and pick up times, so please don’t leave your car onsite, once your child has been dropped off.

Can I stay with my child?

The courses are run with qualified teachers, and we encourage the children to be independent.

What should they wear?

Please wear comfy clothes suitable for the activity they have chosen, bearing in mind they might get a bit messy in cookery or science!

Do they need to bring anything else with them?

Please don’t bring any food as a small snack will be provided by us, but we recommend you bring a water bottle. Please note we are a nut-free site so please don’t bring any nut products.

What should I do if my child is sick and can't attend a session?

Although we encourage children to attend each session to get the most out of the course, if your child is sick please don’t worry but please call 01749 834200 to let us know.
