Join us for an inspirational day of online interactive activities, including:

  • Workshops that will explore technique, practice, performance tips and much more

  • A special Lunchtime Concert

Meet the Tutoring Team

Featuring Wells recorder tutor Tabea Debus and special guest tutor Anna Stegmann.
Tabea Debus, Recorder
Tabea Debus

Described by The Times as ‘a charismatic virtuoso’, Tabea studied at the Frankfurt University of Music & Performing Arts and at the Royal Academy of Music, London. As well as teaching at Wells Cathedral School, Tabea performs and leads workshops internationally. She is a multiple prizewinner and has recently joined the New York based Concert Artists Guild roster.

Anna Stegmann with her Recorder
Anna Stegmann

Anna is a passionate performer and teacher of early and contemporary recorder music, teaching workshops and masterclasses throughout the year in many European countries and beyond. She is a recorder teacher at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she teaches a selected and enthusiastic group of next generation recorder players. She also teaches at the junior department of the Royal Northern College of music and is a regular visitor to Wells.
