Mr Chris Seaton

Chris is an Old Wellensian and joined to the school in 1971 as a chorister, leaving the school in 1979. Chris lives in Stanton Drew in North Somerset and both of his daughters went to Wells, now having left and gone on to Drama School and University. Chris served in the Royal Navy from 1979 to 1990 and travelled the world, before leaving to embark on a legal career. He is a partner and a member of the strategic board at Burges Salmon LLP, based in Bristol and London and specialises in Employment Law. He is a director of a Bristol based Charity and Chairs the Wells Cathedral Choir Association. Chris is also a member of the Old Wellensians’ Committee. Chris continues to sing and be involved with Music, he is a Bath Rugby season ticket holder and has had a lifelong passion for things outdoors, particularly sailing, skiing and walking.
