Concerto Competition Success for Luke

On 29th April 2016, Saxophonist Luke won the Wells Cathedral School concerto competition. This is an annual event in which music specialists from all departments compete for the opportunity to perform with the symphony orchestra during the following concert season. Luke performed a flawless version of Ronald Binge’s saxophone concerto to be awarded first prize along with Zoe (horn), Adam (piano) and Gwyneth (violin).
