British Physics Olympiad

Congratulations to eight Wells students who participated in the British Physics Olympiad Round 1. This gruelling paper challenges the 2000 most able physicists in the UK to solve problems well beyond the school curriculum. Particular mention must go to Year 13 students Orlando who achieved Gold, and is in the top 10% nationally; and to Benjamin who achieved Silver, and is in the top 25% nationally.
