Trombone Inspiration

Helen Vollam Principal Trombone of the BBC Symphony made her first visit to Wells to give a stunning day of trombone masterclasses to all trombone pupils in the school, including both specialist and nonspecialist trombonists. The day included individual masterclasses, as well as trombone choir rehearsals with Helen Vollam playing alongside Wells pupils, plus a class on audition technique with Y13 James used as the audition guinea pig.
