Woodwind Instrument Days
Over the last month, Wells has hosted three Woodwind Sundays as part of the Instrument Days Scheme, created for the benefit of the wider community.
There were excellent turnouts for the Single Reed, Flute and Recorder Days, with delegates attending from as far afield as London and Gloucestershire. The unique teaching techniques of our specialist teachers and visiting professors of music were much appreciated by the attending musicians.
Marina Kummer of the Plymouth Clarinet Choir commented “Always inspiring to hear my choir play after attending Single Reed Day at Wells. They make massive leaps forward in so many ways and they all really enjoy it.”
