Virtual Hymn for Easter

50 singers made up of Wells Cathedral Choristers and Friends sang a hymn for Easter Day, conducted by Jeremy Cole: ‘Alleluia! Alleluia! Hearts to heaven and voices raise’. The melody (Lux Eoi) was written by Arthur Sullivan with words by Christopher Wordsworth. The descant was written especially for this virtual choir performance by Jeremy Cole, the Director of Music at Wells Cathedral.
