Art Pupils Celebrate British Art

As part of a range of activities to celebrate the arrival of Gormley’s ‘Doubt’ statue in Wells, A level and GCSE Art pupils were given the opportunity to attend the first of the monthly CHATS talk on Thursday evening. The Art Historian Jo Baring discussed a century of British sculpture through key, iconic sculptures. This informative and inspiring talk also coincided with the installation of the sculpture, ‘Mater Dolorosa’ by Peter Eugene Ball in Cedars Hall.
