A Sunny Skern Lodge Residential Trip for our Junior School
Over half term, our Junior School pupils in Years 5 and 6 had the opportunity to go on a residential trip to Skern Lodge in Bideford, Devon where the sun shone on the happy and busy children!
The adventure-filled long weekend included high ropes, kayaking, surfing, rafting, obstacle courses, climbing, archery, team building activities, beach walks, campfires and more! In addition, they had the opportunity to meet Steve Price, the first person to swim the Three Channels, and hear about his incredible adventures. The children asked some fabulous questions and left feeling enthusiastic and determined to take on any challenges.
Thank you to the children who behaved beautifully and represented our School perfectly; their laughter resounding around the site was a joy to hear!
