Second-hand book sale

On Wednesday 24th May, the Senior School Library held a second-hand book sale at the Stable Yard. Books were organised in sections according to reading age and priced at three paperbacks for £1 or £1 for a hardback, with the money going towards the School’s Wellbeing Fund.

Miss Birch, the Senior School Librarian, commented:

“It was great to see so many pupils, staff and parents browsing the second-hand book sale yesterday. It was lovely to see everyone recommending books to each other and enjoying the sunshine. Thank you so much to those of you who stopped by, we hope you enjoy your new reads!”
