Zino receives Certificate of Merit in UK Junior Maths Challenge

Many congratulations to Zino Zigan (Year 7) who, following his recent Gold award in the UK Junior Maths Challenge, has achieved a Certificate of Merit for his performance in the follow-on round. To be awarded a Certificate of Merit, Zino was placed in the top 25% of pupils who sat this paper! The result places Zino in the top 1.5% of children in the country who took the Junior Maths Challenge (only 4% of participants qualify for the Kangaroo, and only a quarter of those 4% are awarded a Certificate of Merit).
