Jāzeps Vītols International Piano Competition

Two Old Wellensians have been awarded prizes in this prestigious competition which was held in Latvia in October. Julian Chan (2018) and Mykyta Burzanitsa (2019) gained second and third prizes respectively. Julian was awarded a full scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music and Mykyta a full scholarship to the Royal College of Music.
