Somerset Schools Cross Country Championships
On Saturday 20th January, Maggie and George (Year 7), Alexandra (Year 8), Nnaemeka (Year 9) and Joseph (Upper Sixth) competed at the Somerset Schools Cross Country Championships.
Congratulations to Alexandra and Joseph who have qualified to compete in the South West Regional Cross Country event on Saturday 3rd February. This is a fantastic achievement that will see them receive their Somerset County vest.
Mr Meehan, Head of Athletics, commented; “It was a tough course, but our pupils displayed great determination to put in performances that they can be very proud of.”
