CCF Navy cadets set sail

May marked the maiden voyage of our six-week course for the CCF Navy section, and what a glorious start it was! With eleven enthusiastic pupils on board, the tranquil waters of Cheddar Reservoir provided the perfect backdrop for learning and adventure. Our sailors honed their skills in rigging the boats and even enjoyed the thrill of recovering from being capsized. Not only is this a fantastic opportunity for personal growth, but also to develop camaraderie among our pupils. Here’s to smooth sailing and more exciting voyages ahead!
