Conducting masterclass participation
On Thursday 16th May, conductor Natalia Luis-Bassa returned to Wells to give a day’s masterclass with eight conducting pupils, culminating in a session with the symphony orchestra in which the pupils each had a chance to conduct extracts from Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5. Natalia brought her usual charismatic, elan and fiery spirit, inspiring, entertaining and motivating everyone!
