Prep Yoga

The Prep School Yoga Club made the most of the sunny weather, enjoying Yoga games, learning Yoga sequences and finding time to relax at the end of a busy day. Children most enjoy the mindfulness meditation at the end – they love lavender eye masks which add to the relaxation. When the weather is not so great, they enjoy doing Yoga inside one of the colourful classrooms!
