Year 10 German end of year lesson

Pupils in Mrs Alabiso’s Year 10 German class had a unique lesson to end the year. With the help of OW Franka, who was completing work experience, pupils challenged themselves by cooking a German specialty (Apfelküchle), following the recipe step by step in German. While they were cooking, they chatted to Franka and Mrs Alabiso in colloquial German, much like on MasterChef! The pupils found the experience challenging but highly enjoyable.
