Higos 100 final

On Sunday 15th September, Year 7 pupils Cordelia H, Carys W and Eliza LJ played in the final of the Higos 100, a girls’ hardball Cricket tournament, at the Cooper Associates County Ground in Taunton – home of Somerset County Cricket Club. As part of the Strikers squad, they faced the Scorchers. The Strikers batted first and scored 156. The girls, and the entire Strikers side, bowled accurately and managed to secure a comfortable victory. Well done girls on a brilliant achievement!
