Advent Carol Service

On Sunday 8th December the School gathered in the Cathedral, along with members of family and locality as well as honoured guests, for our annual Advent Carol Service. This candlelit event proved to capture so much of the mystery and expectation of the season. All that was offered by choirs, musicians and readers helped to show how the varied, rich talent amongst our community can be drawn together to bring a sense of depth and beauty.

The service that it was full of wonderful moments – both personal and communal. It was, for several people, simply a highlight of the year and a magnificent beckoning of this coming Christmas.
