FixMyRun workshop
In March our Sport Scholars were lucky enough to attend a running workshop with expert coach, Abi, from FixMyRun. They looked at efficient running styles, how muscle groups interact, training exercises to improve hamstring reactions and with the help of video analysis, the participants will receive individual feedback at a later date. All pupils are welcome to take advantage of the Wells discount available at FixMyRun and explore their own running journey.
