Concerts and Events Coordinator

8.30am – 4.30pm 37.5 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks

We are seeking to appoint a Concerts and Events Coordinator to schedule and facilitate concerts and events within the busy music department in this prestigious Specialist Music School. The role will work closely with Music Heads of Department on both pupil performances and top-level visiting musical artists who frequently visit to perform and teach at Wells.

The role is the focal point of music performance in the School and involves keeping our concerts planning and systems up-to-date, coordinating the production of programmes, overseeing the booking of spaces and managing communication with pupils, parents, staff and others relating to our concerts.

Educated to a high level A-C grade is essential for this role.
