Ralf to tour South Africa with England Lions next month
Upper Sixth Rugby captain Ralf W will be training with and playing against four South African academy teams when touring with the England Lambs next month. Following this, he will be travelling to Fiji in September with Head of School Olls C to work with a charity to coach Rugby to underprivileged children before spending the rest of his gap year in Sydney, joining Sydney University RFC to play competitively. He has been offered a place at the University of Nottingham in 2026 and looks forward to playing BUCS Super Rugby when the time comes.
We are so proud of Ralf’s journey which has seen him compete in regional and South West trials, gain selection to the national Lambs squad, and play at 10, 12, 13, 15, 11 and 14, against teams such as Coventry Academy, Boys Club of Wales, Ealing Trailfinders, Bath Academy, Cambridge Academy and Irish IQ.
