Shakespeare in Love Drama production: rehearsals are in full swing!
Rehearsals are now well underway for our forthcoming Senior School production of Shakespeare in Love. Pupils from Years 10 to the Upper Sixth gathered on Sunday for the first all-day full-cast rehearsal, bringing together an exceptional company of young performers. The creative team and cast collaborated on newly adapted songs and choreography, a pupil-arranged orchestral underscore, and a devised opening sequence that captures the wit and vitality of the play. The rehearsal marked the start of an ambitious creative process that celebrates both artistry and teamwork.
This much-anticipated production promises to be a highlight of the Term — a joyful, imaginative re-telling of the story behind one of the world’s greatest playwrights.
