Ariane finishes year of Taekwondo with win at British Open Championships
Ariane L-J (Year 10) has had an incredible year in the sport of Taekwondo, finishing undefeated for the year and undefeated as a black belt. She dismantled the ITF world champion in the final of the British All Style All Club Championships to win the BTC title, she won the South West Championship, the Italian Anxur Battle in Lazio, the Welsh open Championship in Cardiff, and in July she became Taekwondo International World Junior Championship in Glasgow. To round the year off, last Sunday she won the British Open Championships! In a tight and very tough fight, Ariane once again dug deep and found a way to win the fight at the end. Congratulations, Ariane.
