Taunton Young Musician Competition 2017

Congratulations to Year 12 cellist Ian who has won first prize at the prestigious Taunton Young Musician Competition. As well as a significant cash prize, Ian has been awarded a glass trophy and will perform with the Taunton Sinfonietta at one of their annual concerts. Wells pianists Nick in Year 12 and Nikita in Year 11, came second the third, respectively, in the competition, also winning cash prizes. A clean sweep for Wells musicians.
