Wells Draw Against the MCC
On Monday the 1st XI Cricket team played the MCC on Cedars Field. The match ended in an exciting draw with the 1st XI 8 wickets down at stumps chasing the MCC’s 275 to win. Wells were 202-8. Player of the match and winner of the ‘spirit of cricket’ award was 14 year old Sahil, visiting from Mumbai, who scored an excellent 100.
