Wells pupils are clearly making the most of their time in lockdown, developing important life skills and independence through a range of stimulating and challenging activities.
In true Somerset-style, the King family are juggling the management of a busy working farm with a milk delivery business whose demand has soared due to the demands of village shops to supply their communities across Mendip.
Edward in Year 9 and Henry in Year 5, third generation Wellensians, are combining their school work with active farm commitments to help the family, with Ed taking charge of fence repair and invoicing, whilst Henry is taking responsibility for some of the livestock.
