Virtual Recorder Concert
Wells recorder players were invited to perform alongside their teacher Tabea Debus in a virtual lunchtime concert for the ‘Society of Recorder Players’ Somerset Branch.
Almost 60 people tuned in to watch an outstanding concert of modern and traditional solo repertoire. The pupils performed brilliantly and it was inspirational for them to be able to hear their teacher present and perform as well as playing themselves. Tabea is becoming known internationally for her virtuosic and well crafted recital work on the recorder and we are fortunate to have her on our teaching team.
