Lower Sixth Geology Trip to Sand Point

Despite Covid restrictions, Wells geologists have been able to participate in a number of field trips to enhance their studies this term, using covid-safe equipment.

Visits have been made to Portishead, Sand Point and to Vallis Vale to observe, record and interpret the strata, fossils, geological structures and even lava flows in the local area!
