England Hockey Cup Quarter Final

Our First XI Boys Hockey team travelled to Oxford this week to play in the Quarter Final of the England Hockey Cup against Magdalen College School. Despite the awful weather the team were in good spirits as they looked to progress to the next stage of the competition. The boys put their hearts and souls into their performance, but unfortunately the opposition came out on top, claiming a 3-0 victory. Our side were gracious in defeat, acknowledging the talent of the opposing team, whom we thank for hosting us and wish the best of luck with the rest of their campaign.

Though it wasn’t the result they were hoping for, well done to our First XI on playing in the Quarter Final; the School is very proud of this exceptional accomplishment.
